Maximum hire duration: up to 8hrs within a day. ⏳
Earliest Delivery Time 08:00am, Latest Collection Time 19:00pm 😎🌚
Standard castle setup/take down (children's/adult): 15–20 minutes. 🏰
Softplay setup/take down: 15–20 minutes. 🧸
Castle & Softplay combined: 20–30 minutes. 🏰 🧸
Larger equipment or multiple items: timing estimated upon request. ⏰

Preparing your site & safety reminders 🧷

Clear an adequate flat space and remove debris or furniture; check for low branches or obstructions.
Ensure driveways and side access are clear for delivery vehicles.
Remove pet waste from the lawn prior to delivery for hygiene and safety. 🐶
Outdoor hires: we only set up on natural grass (not artificial grass or hard surfaces).
Indoor hires: please verify ceiling heights before booking to ensure the inflatable fits safely. 🪂
Important: no outdoor hire between October and March.
